What you are moving with us: You are responsible for the development, support and implementation of concepts within the framework of block assignments in consultation with GMW/MM/customers/area manager. You develop measures for the further development of the service department (specialist structures, workflows, dispo behaviour and assortments). You support training concepts by entering impulses to optimize service teams (e.g. through trends and competition monitoring). You conduct training directly on the counter. You support expansions and conversions in order to ensure high distribution performance. You support the creation of analyses and evaluation. The derivation and sustainable control of appropriate measures is also part of your task.
