Number: MER00048XE We in the area of Action Management Sindelfingen, Bremen, South Africa and external areas are responsible for the quality assurance of vehicles already produced, which are still in factory access or on external areas. This includes the cross-departmental coordination and the operational implementation of measures to remove errors. For this exciting and challenging task we are looking for an intern in action management. Mercedes-Benz stands for highest quality standards and strong customer orientation. Our aim is to ensure that necessary measures are fully implemented before a vehicle is delivered. The measures from software updates and encodings to various tests and to the replacement of hardware components are sufficient. These challenges include: Reporting of KPIs for controlling the processing capacities in the plant and on external surfaces Development of existing reports with Power BI and Excel VBA Support of the Action Management team in coordinating work actions Control of vehicle releases as part of certification barriers Creation and preparation of management documents Participation in the coordination of quality-relevant measures on vehicles
