Hannover You conduct our regional, technically demanding construction projects in the field of infrastructure and contribute significantly to successful implementation You guide the construction managers and polishers professionally, are the first contact person for the customer and coordinates contractors, specialist engineers and authorities You take over the project controlling with respect to quality, appointments and costs and regularly conduct forecast discussions with the management You accompany the tendering, awarding and management of post-contracting services You manage possible risks and regularly conduct forecasting talks with management

You have a completed civil engineering degree or a comparable technical training and already several years of experience in the construction or project management of civil engineering projects, including construction accounting and scheduling

Ideally, you also bring knowledge in concrete and engineering

You are resilient, enforceable and convince with secure communication in negotiating and conflict situations

You work independently, organized and efficient

You want to develop perspective in the direction of branch management and take over additional responsibility
