Become part of our team as secretary (m/w/d) for general Management activities at our customers in Heilbronn in full time.

Your tasks:

• support of branch management in administrative and organisational tasks of the daily business
• coordination and monitoring of appointments, meetings and internal and external communication processes
• Preparation of presentations, evaluations and reports Decision support
• Interface function between the branch and the Head office
• Processing confidential information and documents

Your profile:

• Commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position desirable
• Routined handling of MS Office
• Self-employed
• Embossed organizational skills
• team skills and a high degree of trustworthiness and loyalty
