Head of Network Operations Support (N-4)

You lead and develop an interdisciplinary team of technology, operation and maintenance and ensure open, value-adding cooperation in everyday life. You contribute to the further development of our maintenance and, together with the team, develop solutions that work well during operation – including evaluation and prioritization of measures. You actively shape the further development of our processes and support the use and development of digital solutions in everyday work. Together with your team, you will ensure that work on the network is carried out safely, efficiently and in compliance with the rules – both in the planned operation and in the event of malfunctions. You develop practical solutions to ensure long-term security of supply and support their implementation. You work closely with colleagues from different areas, external partners and authorities to ensure the operation reliably and prepare decisions. You plan and control maintenance, repair and disruption measures and take care of good implementation on site – including quality, dates and costs. You also support budget planning. You bring your experience into new building, renovation and optimization projects and pay particular attention to a long-term stable and well-operable plant operation. You take care of inquiries about the line network and, together with the team, ensure that the stock is protected and maintained. Take care of compliance with work, health, fire and environmental protection and help your team work safely and responsibly.

You have a completed university or technical college degree course (e.g. in economics or engineering, mechanical engineering, energy, process or utility) or a similar subject. (Muss) You have already gained leadership experience or took responsibility in the company and want to further develop teams and work together successfully. You are ideally familiar with the technical and legal frameworks of the energy supply or are ready to work on these topics (e.g. VOB). You work structured and solution-oriented, communicate clearly and value-estimatingly and place great value on good team collaboration. You are safe in dealing with common office applications. Knowledge in SAP-PM is an advantage – it is important to us that you can work quickly into new systems. You are willing to participate in the standby service and actively contribute to safe heat supply. You bring a class B license.
