Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Gunzenhausen The Industrial Heat division within the new VP division is one of the world's leading suppliers of efficient and CO2 reducing solutions for industrial steam and hot water generation. This is how we inspire our customers worldwide. As part of our team, you analyze and document end-to-end processes in the lead-to-order environment (L2O) and order-to-cash environment (O2C) for local services and turnkey shops in our international sales units. Develop and implement global process standards, governance rules and control mechanisms to ensure transparency, compliance and risk mitigation. You define and implement structured processes for project calculation, procurement, ordering, contract and after-sales management as well as the IFRS-compliant cost and revenue accounting. You identify process gaps, risks and vulnerabilities proactively, derive sustainable improvement measures and implement them successfully. You also plan and run international process rollouts, including change management, training and enablement measures to ensure smooth introduction. You co-ordinate and tax the coordination with international stakeholders from sales, purchasing, finance, controlling, legal and local national companies. Last but not least, you establish a KPI, governance and reporting framework for the sustainable management and monitoring of the implemented processes.

Education: completed studies in business, economic engineering, business informatics or comparable Experiences and know-how: multi-year experience in international process management, project business, business transformation or operational excellence; well-founded knowledge of lead-to-order, order-to-cash, procurement and project management processes as well as their mapping in ERP, CRM and BPM systems (e.g. Signavio); good knowledge of governance, risk management, internal controls and financial and compliance requirements (especially IFRS). Personality and mode of operation: you succeed in analytically penetrating complex issues, developing sustainable concepts and driving them forward with a high level of implementation; you navigate sovereignly in international stakeholders and convince by your communication and moderation capabilities Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
