Our client is an established and solidly established company from the industry of travel and motorhomes. The company stands for technical competence and many years of experience with its own development and production at the location of Germany. We are looking for a dedicated personality with enthusiasm for quality that wants to actively shape for the position of the Head of Quality (all genders) Industry: Automotive, Leisure / Travel & Tourism Location: Bavaria

Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational orientation of quality management and quality assurance in the company Construction, leadership and further development of a powerful quality organization with a focus on efficiency, practicality and acceptance in the shopfloor Establishing pragmatic quality processes and standards (e.g. based on ISO 9001) and using suitable KPIs for controlling and improving Ensuring regulatory and quality-relevant requirements over the entire product life cycle, including Type approval (CoP-Q) Close cooperation with production, development and suppliers for early fault prevention, quality planning and process stabilization Responsibility for internal and external quality events (suppliers and customer complaints) incl. Escalation, analysis and improvement control

Multiannual experience in a sound role in the industrial environment, e.g. in quality, production, technology, operations or project management Understanding quality principles and process thinking along the value chain (e.g. PDCA, continuous improvement, preventive quality) Ability to build, develop and effectively anchor pragmatic quality structures and processes experience in leadership, management or professional development of teams; alternatively detectable project or line responsibility with leadership Sovereign appearance as well as pronounced communication and enforcement capability at all levels – from shopfloor to management Hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to make decisions practical, solution-oriented and independent
