Specialist - Finance Transformation & Data Innovation (m/f/d)

Mobilize Financial Services Germany is looking for a specialist (m/w/d) that actively drives the transformation of financial processes, establishes digital solutions and supports the further development of the finance organization as a proactive business partner. The role combines process optimization, automation, data competence and change management in a modern finance environment.

Analysis of existing finance processes and identification of inefficiencies, media breaks and optimization potentials Development and implementation of concrete measures for process improvement along the entire end-to-end process chain Conception, development and implementation of automation and data solutions (e.g. Python, SQL, Excel, Power Automate) Assessment and use of AI applications (e.g. LLMs, AI Agents) in specific finance-use cases Working with the introduction and further development of finance systems and tools Close cooperation with teams within the Department and the Finance Directorate to implement transformation initiatives Translation of technical requirements in technically feasible solutions Training and support of employees in handling new processes, tools and automation solutions Active support of change processes through communication, presence and involvement of teams Monitoring progress and ensuring sustainable implementation in operational everyday life Financial and Regulatory Reporting Support Ensuring technical correctness and compliance of developed solutions

Complete study of economic informatics, economics with IT focus or comparable Experience in cooperation with specialist departments and monitoring of process changes (e.g. accounting, audit, controlling, transformation) Understanding financial processes and their end-to-end relationships Ability to analyze complex topics structuredly and to implement solutions-oriented Embossed proactive mode of operation and ability to drive themes autonomously Experience in the analysis and optimization of processes, ideally in the finance sector Very high IT and data affinity and interest in digital solutions First productive experience with automation solutions (e.g. Python or SQL scripts, Power Automate, AI agencies) Strong communication and team skills in dealing with different stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and English team-oriented corporate culture with high design freedom flexible working hours and remote working share Inhouse training room with a variety of professional training and softskill training modern office equipment Vehicle leasing program & Jobrad Leasing Employer-funded occupational pension provision Working in an international context
