As Tax Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the processing of ongoing requests from the Group companies of the Electronic Solutions Division in all fiscal matters, with a focus on income tax law and international tax law. Your tasks: Examination of offers and contracts in international project business for tax implications and delivery of recommendations for project execution Tax support of the projects - monitoring of tax issues based on checklists, active collection of status updates from the respective projects, coordination with the Group Tax Department on project status and, if necessary, required tax measures Examination of intercompany and customer/supplier contracts with regard to tax clause Assessment of source tax behaviour in supplier contracts in coordination with purchasing Direct communication with external consultants and coordination of foreign consultants Compilation of business profit determinations and support of tax returns and tax calculations for the financial statements Contact persons for the division companies in Germany and abroad for the global minimum taxation (Pillar II) and for the on-site audit

Completed degree as Bachelor, Master or Diplom-Financialist(-in); Focus on tax law Successfully filed tax advisor exams Including many years of professional experience in the tax area of an industrial group or in an international consulting company Good knowledge of MS Office modules (Excel, Word) Very good English skills in word and writing Good expression in word and writing as well as pronounced analytical thinking
