This is expected Demand-oriented, individual integration, funding and qualification planning: Conduct individual target agreements with educational participants and create development reports perform different educational opportunities/measures in cooperation with internal and external companies and production facilities Required and individual assisting and accompanying Organise, implement and design qualified, labour-promoting measures Exchange of information and cooperation with internal and external bodies/services to support individual participation and rehabilitation

What distinguishes you (m/w/d) or comparable qualification You have experience and knowledge in dealing with people with mental disabilities and mental illness You ideally have professional experience in adult education
