Projektmanager (m/d)

You take over the general social consultation of residents in an accommodation for asylum seekers, refugees and people in special situations You advise and accompany people in the process towards a substantial social participation. You take over the mediation in conflicts in the coexistence of different cultures. You work with volunteers and with language and integration media. Group offers, social cooperation tasks are also part of your responsibility. You take over the office management's absence.

You have completed their studies in social work/social education. You have already gained professional experience in the field. In addition to empathy and reliability, you will be ready to use. Expertise in the field of counselling for people with escape experience and immigration history. You have foreign language skills. Good communication skills and consulting skills are excellent. You are ready to identify with the values and objectives of the Evangelical Church and its deacons, regardless of your religious background.
