They are responsible for implementing the business processes for building management and object management in SAP. They implement the correspondence cases of the Housing division in SAP S/4HANA, AiBATROS and the eAkte. They are responsible for the design, construction and further development of specific SAP trainings and manuals. They represent the SAP expert coordination when using key users and support housing in the test case management. They support the key users in the regional areas professionally. The support in the business process management of the Housing business unit is in your area of responsibility, in particular the definition of requirements for business process management Implementation of process adaptations by planning and managing modelling workshops, in particular for building management Integration of the business processes to be supervised into the business process model

They take over the continuous analysis, monitoring and improvement of processes and coordinate the implementation of process adaptations. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace there are occasional service trips, including throughout the federal territory. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have a completed university degree (Diplom FH/Bachelor) in the fields of construction management, construction engineering, architecture, civil engineering, real estate management/management, facility management, business management with construction/immobility, computer science or business information technology. Competences: You can demonstrate good knowledge of AiBATROS and/or SAP S/4HANA applications. They bring knowledge in the process modeling with or the willingness to acquire them in a timely manner. They have experiences as a trainerin/dozentin or the willingness to acquire them in the short term and on their own initiative. They ideally bring experiences in cooperation with SAP implementation and/or business process management. Their first experiences in agile product development are advantageous.
