We are now looking for backup in full time for our site Zörbig: Haustechniker (m/w/d) Your tasks in the team: Care, operation and supervision of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary facilities (HLKS) Control and maintenance of electrical equipment and building systems Disruption analysis and independent elimination of small technical defects Conducting regular inspection procedures Support for TÜV, DGUV, fire protection and safety as an electronics engineer, plant mechanic SHK, mechatronic, building technician or comparable knowledge in technical building management (HLK, electrical, sanitary) Basic knowledge in MS Office or common maintenance/ticket systems Self-employed, careful and solution-oriented operation High technical understanding willingness to call team skills, reliability and loadability.
