Number: MER0003TOC You want to be there from the start when building a completely new work in Poland? Then bring your strengths to us – we are looking for reinforcement for our project team in the overall project management Jawor at Stuttgart as part of a mandatory or combination internship! As a project management office (PMO), our project management plant Jawor is responsible for building a new Mercedes-Benz Vans production plant in Jawor, Poland. A part of the new fully-electric vehicle generation VAN.EA will be produced there in the future. The new work is created as a combination of a modern Greenfield project (new construction on unbuilt terrain) and the use of existing structures of the already established powertrain plant on site. Our project team is currently composed of our PMO, subproject managers and their teams, as well as first employees at the Jawor site. The Project Management Office is responsible for coordinating and managing the entire project according to the objectives of appointments, costs, content. These challenges include: You can support us in all aspects of the daily business You coordinate independent thematic areas – strategically and technically – in close cooperation with the subproject management and, inter alia, in milestone tracking and risk management

In addition, you work with the implementation and preparation of interdisciplinary bodies and workshops, the preparation of reports and decision-making templates for bodies and the management of VAN

The activity can begin from December 2025.

(Bachelor or Master) Studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, economics or a comparable subject

First experience from internships in project management ideally in the production environment

Interest in holistic project work and conceptual thinking

High self-motivation, reliability and structured operation

Team skills and communication skills

Structured operation, pronounced integration / team capacity

Rapid opinion and enforcement strength

Good MS Office Skills (excel, PowerPoint)

Very good German and fluent English skills; Polish is a plus
