Strategically steer: you take responsibility for the achievement of goals within the framework of the ElringKlinger ScoreCard in your area and derive targeted measures for continuous improvement. Accompanying innovation: The successful introduction of new products at the site as part of the NPI process will help you actively and ensure a smooth process. Keep in mind quality: you develop programs to improve the quality of existing products and processes – and implement them with a wide range of vision and implementation. Managing systems: You are responsible for the quality, environmental and occupational safety management system and ensure the implementation of central processes. Creating structures: You document quality management both in the pre-series (e.g. Flowcharts, FMEA, test plans) and in series production (e.g. work instructions, border sample catalogues) precisely and understandably. Customer requirements in mind: You check and ensure the implementation of all customer-specific requirements (CSR) relevant to the factory – with a clear focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable technical studies. You bring a multi-year professional experience in a comparable position in the automotive industry and ideally knowledge of relevant standards and standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001). We require very good knowledge of German and English. Extensive skills in analysis and problem solving according to the Automotive Core Tools (Ishikawa, 5-Why, SPC) are excellent. Teamability and communication strength across all hierarchical levels and matrix experience complete your profile.
