To further develop our IT strategy and enterprise architecture management with the team and in cooperation with the departments, and to coordinate the central IT governance Active forwarding of Badenova as well as accompanying our business areas with necessary changes in the areas of information, processes and technology to implement business and IT strategies while taking into account the IT governance Acquisition of the technical and disciplinary leadership and the further development of the IT strategy and IT governance team with four employees (m/w/d) Individual technical cooperation and punctual takeover of project management Bringing your own ideas and actively shaping changes through an open and committed attitude

Influential professional experience in the methodological development of IT strategies and in the design and monitoring of IT governance A completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification Experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees (m/w/d) An open and agile mindset and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams structured, responsible and solution-oriented A binding and value-estimating personality with a high quality awareness in decisions Impressed stakeholder competence with the ability to convey complex issues in a targeted manner and to bring about sustainable consensus even in conflicting interests The view over the rim of the plate to identify and further develop new potentials and thus a valuable contribution to the energy transition Very good German knowledge and security to express you clearly and professionally on C1 level
