Construction Management Assistant - Project Controlling / Building Technology (m/f/d)

You take the commercial responsibility for our building projects in the field of building technology (HLKS) and tax them over the entire project cycle. You are responsible for the entire project controlling, monitoring budgets and costs with MS Office, and creating precise forecasts to ensure the economy. In close cooperation with the project and construction management, you manage contract and receivables to customers and suppliers and participate in the purchase of materials. You control accounting according to HGB, process payment transactions with DATEV and are the central interface for external service providers and auditors. You actively shape the further development of our commercial processes by optimizing processes and driving digitalization in the project business.

You have a commercial training or a BWL study, ideally with a focus on construction, real estate and controlling. First professional experience in the project or construction business environment is of advantage. You are sure to deal with MS Office and have ideally already gained experience with DATEV or a similar industry software. With your analytical, structured work and high number affinity, you always keep an overview. As a strong team player, you are characterized by your own initiative and organizational talent. German language skills in word and writing complete your profile.
