In order to support our properties at the MARBURG site, we are now looking for an ambitious support (m/w/d) for our agile management and rental team on a €603 basis.

They support us among others in these diverse

• Organization of internal processes
• Support for visits, contract processing, handovers
• Communication with tenants and service providers
• Advertising management

YOUR PROFIL:

• routined handling of MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• good German, English of advantage
• commercial training of advantage – but we also like to offer students or cross-comers a chance with interest in real estate!
• positive radiation, good ways of handling, structured and self-responsive working
• Reliability, flexibility
