You are the first contact for our event and conference guests – from the first request to the successful implementation You advise our customers individually, first tailor-made offers and conduct contract negotiations You coordinate all event details in close coordination with Front Office, Kitchen and Service Make sure every event becomes a special experience You keep an overview of bookings, options and capacities, and you opt to utilise our event rooms You build long-term customer relationships and develop new business opportunities You are responsible for creating the event bills as well as for sending the deposit invoices You independently process group requests ''Rooms only'' from 10 rooms

You bring experience in the Convention Sales, Event Area or in the upscale hotel industry You have enthusiasm and convince with your appearance You love contact with people and have a sense of individual customer wishes You bring organizational talent, structure and an independent way of working You have joy in selling and convince with your communicative way You also keep an overview in stressful situations and work solution-oriented You are a team player and like to work across departments Marriott Experience and knowledge of Marriott systems of advantage
