Team Leader Occupational Safety - SHEQ / Audits / HSE / Construction (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a small team of professionals for occupational safety and continuously develop your team With a clear focus on our goal “zero accidents” you ensure the consistent implementation of all requirements in work, health and environmental protection You recognize safety and health risks at an early stage, evaluate them systematically and take appropriate measures You address our customers: in the fields of industry, construction and shipbuilding, all in all matters of occupational safety You carry out construction sites and workplace visits regularly and secure the legally compliant documentation – including risk assessments and identifying and eliminating potential sources of danger You ensure compliance with legal requirements as well as intra-group guidelines and requirements As a competent contact person, you advise and support executives and employees in all safety-relevant issues, plan and moderate instruction, training and audits to sustainably strengthen safety culture You stand in regular exchange with authorities and represent the company in matters of safety In close cooperation with the SHEQ responsible Germany, you actively contribute to strategic and operational issues

You bring a high readiness to travel You have completed vocational training with additional qualification as a specialist for occupational safety You have ideally trained yourself as a master or completed a degree in engineering You bring multi-year professional experience in the field of occupational safety – preferably in the chemical industry or a comparable industrial environment You have already gained leadership experience and can motivate and target-oriented control your team You are convinced in dealing with customers: inside through a pragmatic, solution- and service-oriented working method You ideally have first safety-relevant knowledge related to scaffolding work You communicate safely in German and have good English skills
