Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Erfurt These are your tasks: Agile leadership and coaching: You enable our team to successfully develop a SaaS product in the field of energy management and sustainability in buildings. You promote a culture of continuous improvement, self-organization and self-responsibility through the application of agile practices in the team and program context. Obstacles removal: You identify and eliminate obstacles that affect the team's productivity to ensure a smooth process. Creating transparency: ensure that project progress and potential risks are communicated transparently. You support backlog care, definition and prioritization of user stories and features. Moderation: You conduct all agile events professionally, especially sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective. Knowledge Transfer: You act as mentor and multiplier for agile values and principles (Scrum, Scaled Agile). You promote effective communication and cooperation within and outside the team. Process optimization: You work proactively to optimize our agile processes and tools in close coordination with other Scrum Masters in order to continuously increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Mind. 3 years of experience as Scrum Master, ideally in scaled environments Very good knowledge of Scrum, ideally complemented by SAFe or LeSS certificates Communication strength, team spirit and a high degree of self-responsibility Experience in software environment, ideally with Java and/or cloud technologies German and English Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, etc. Ready to work on site with the team in Erfurt.
