You support residents in the development of everyday structure, stability and self-employment. You contribute to individual aid processes, target planning and aid plan procedures. You work closely with parents, youth offices, schools, doctors, therapists and other departments. You introduce your social education perspective in case meetings, team meetings and supervision. You document development processes and educational processes.

You will bring a completed study of social education, social work — B.A., M.A. or Diploma — or a comparable qualification. You have experience in youth assistance, integration aid, housing or psychosocial work — or are willing to work in this field.
