As a Senior Product Manager Digitalization, you have a key role in strategic digitization projects. You are shaping the future of the company! You ensure the expansion of the CRM system, optimize existing structures and extend it specifically with new functions. You run a middleware platform for smooth data flows. To do this, you develop data-driven processes and implement BI-Use-Cases for the automation and optimization of business processes. You take over the professional leadership of teams and projects and act as an interface between business and IT.

At least 5 years of professional experience in the context of digitalization and process optimization Ideal: Experience in the insurance or financial sector Proven expertise in implementation projects and strategic product management Understanding industry-related processes and interface architectures Experience in implementing technical requirements in technical concepts Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar tools as well as with modern CRM systems Good knowledge of German for smooth exchange with departments and users
