Analysis and optimization of business processes to support the Bank's strategic objectives. Compilation of reports and presentations to support the decision-making of the respective department managers. Support in the integration of new cooperation partners and their requirements on our systems. Cross-departmental cooperation to define and coordinate business requirements. Optimization of data quality and consistency.

A completed bank training is advantageous, but not necessarily necessary. Completed studies in business, business informatics or a related area. Experience in business analysis and handling large data records. Impressed analytical and conceptual skills and a high level of problem-solving competence. Great interest in the strategic analysis and optimization of business processes. Ideally multiannual professional experience in a bank or in the financial sector, preferably in the context of the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken.
