Fung as coordinator and central point of contact in the project Collection, distribution and documentation of important project information Support of project management in concepts and decision templates Analysis and optimization of existing processes, including documentation Relieving the team through administrative support and project management Creation and maintenance of project plans, presentations and technical concepts in Jira/Confluence Working in quality assurance, testing and change management formats

Successfully completed technical or business studies Professional experience in the automotive industry or in the manufacturing industry, ideally in the supply chain Experience in the area of digitalization and implementation and implementation of digital solutions and tools Safe handling of Microsoft Office applications, especially with Office-365 Knowledge of working with Jira or Confluence German and English skills Ability to penetrate complex relationships Structured and analytical thinking Team and communication skills
