Who are we looking for? Your main objective is the smooth production process: For this purpose, you monitor ongoing production and work closely with the production manager to optimize productivity, process reliability and quality. You provide optimal personnel deployment planning - the correct number, the right time and the right place. Furthermore, faults and deficiencies in production facilities are detected and eliminated by you or coordinated with the responsible department. You implement the regulations and internal standards on occupational safety, accident prevention and environmental protection and train your employees on this topic. * You are responsible for the correct transmission of the production results obtained in relation to production quantity, scrap quantity, transit times, downtime.

• Ideally, you can provide technical training and subsequent training.

• You bring practical experience in a comparable role in three-shift operation.

• Ideally, you can rely on well-founded knowledge in rubber or rubber. Rubber extrusion and further processing.
