Total responsibility for all technical facility management services in the object leadership, deployment planning and motivation of the technical team on site Coordination and control of maintenance, maintenance and testing of building equipment Quality assurance and compliance with all legal regulations and FM standards Control and monitoring of foreign companies and external service providers Professional customer communication, including regular reporting and voting Budget and cost responsibility, including costing and offering Support for tenders, project developments and technical concepts

Multiannual experience in building technology, in particular electrical, heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation technology (HKLS) Ideally completion as a master, state-tested technician or specialist (w/m/d) of the departments Building Technology, Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering, HKLS or Facility Management Experience in a comparable line function of advantage Predictive, solution-oriented and structured operation Safe handling of MS Office and good organizational skills driving licence class B desirable
