As an assistance, support and relieve our office manager as well as our sales and service employees organizationally and administratively in daily business: in scheduling, organization and billing of travel, post-processing, material procurement, management of storage In cooperation with our sales, you create offers to our customers and collect the incoming customer orders in our ERP system They work with our customers in preparing presentation documents The processing of documents for statistics, planning and inventory is also your responsibility Your technical skills will be provided by telephone and written information

Due to your successful completion of vocational training in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification, you have the necessary conditions They already bring professional experience in a comparable position – ideally in a technically shaped company – with Your very good MS Office knowledge will help you in your daily business Through your open and trustworthy way you communicate safely, even in English Organizational talent and an independent, careful and reliable operation complete your profile
