Intensify our team in the social security business unit full-time with work place in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area – and come forward with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!

You are the central contact person for our consulting team and actively shape knowledge management in the field of social security. In doing so, you ensure that knowledge is captured in a structured manner, treated in a comprehensible manner and shared sustainably. You prepare new technical topics in a didactic and targeted manner and establish standards for the collection and documentation of expert knowledge and best practices You design and carry out training and workshops and thus promote the continuous exchange of knowledge You develop basics for Web Based training, learning films and training documents You analyze existing knowledge processes and continuously develop them You work closely with software development, product management and sales – from quality assurance to support in the presales

You have a degree (e.g. social science, education or administrative sciences) or a comparable qualification You bring experience in the didactic preparation of complex content and have first expertise in social legislation You ideally have experience in projects, advice or training, like in the public sector You are familiar with tools to create learning content (e.g. iSpring, Moodle) or you want to work quickly You go open to people, communicate clearly and live the attitude: sharing knowledge is power – not vice versa You prefer to work in the team and get active You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills Very good communication and moderation capabilities help you to carry out trainings and workshops So you might think...
