Technical Product Owner - Consumer Growth (m/f/d)

The Consumer Growth Team, as part of the SCHUFA Consumer Product Portfolio, is the primary driver for new customer acquisition, registration and checkout optimization, from SEO/SEA landing pages to the registration flow to the SCHUFA account. You are responsible for our onboarding channels, maximise our modern technology stack, navigate between individual development and best-of-breed SaaS solutions, build legacy loads and create a solid foundation for data-driven A/B testing, funnel and conversion optimization and fast feature rollouts. As an interface between business and technology, you control the technical implementation of our product vision in the cross-functional team and, together with UX, Development, QA and Product Management, ensure that we grow quickly, safely and data-driven. As a Technical Product Owner, you take the technical responsibility for our private customers website/webshop and work closely with our Growth Product Manager From the idea, its analysis, implementation and testing to the production: You accompany the topics from start to finish You lead a development team to ensure a smooth collaboration between development, UI/UX, architecture and product management You use your passion for technology to master technical challenges and bring the product roadmap to the streets You are a Sparring partner for all external and internal team members and question technical approaches as well as requirements - always with a look at economy, security and time-to-market In addition to your role as a TPO, you will join the team and actively participate in the role of a developer in implementing software solutions We use AI and Agentic Coding in our software development and want to learn more with you in this field

You already have experience in the professional management of agile cross-functional teams (e.g. as Product Owner, Tech Teamlead, Product Manager) for a digital product, preferably in the field of e-commerce You have experience in the development of complex software systems and have the ability to explain requirements between development and expertise in the respective 'language'' You have already worked as a software engineer for web applications You are familiar with our Tech-Stack (Astro, Storyblok, React, Typescript, AWS) and can also assume leadership in the role of the developer You keep ROI and T2M in mind at any time and use KPIs to make the progress of your themes visible - entrepreneurial thinking is a matter of course for you Costs and risks you always have in mind Ideally, you have already worked in the regulated environment and therefore also know the requirements regarding IT security You are interested in new technological trends, go proactively and look at how we can continuously improve Your strength is communication - preferably in German and English
