Your tasks:

• They accompany and promote children individually in their emotional, social and cognitive development.
• Integrative work belongs to your everyday life – children with special Support needs are targeted and sensitive.
• As a permanent reference person for certain families, you can design reliable Relationships and a trusting educational partnership.
• Together in the team you will develop educational offers as part of the open work – always oriented towards the strengths and interests of children.

Your profile:

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d), Senior Consultant (m/w/d) (m/w/d) – or a comparable qualification, e.g. Senior Consultant (m/w/d).
• Experience in early childhood education and ideally in integrative or inclusive work.
• Openness for the concept of open work and a resource and strengthen educational attitude.
• Joy in working with families of different cultural Backgrounds as well as team spirit and empathy.
