Polisher / Work Polisher (m/f/d)

Target-oriented, project-oriented preparation and processing of our construction sites in cooperation with the building management. Construction site coordination and retrieval of orders including management of foreign personnel/subcontractors. Monitoring and documentation of the progress of construction including the supervision and monitoring of the plants in terms of dates, costs and quality. Control and implementation of safety standards and the achievement of quality requirements including economic deployment planning of equipment and material.

Completed training/continuation for polishing or working policy or well-founded professional practice in a comparable position with several years of experience in building/apartment building/sanierung. Good knowledge of relevant regulations and relevant technical standards. High self-organization paired with the view for the big whole and a cool head in any situation. Communication and enforcement strength combined with hands-on mentality, clear solution orientation and organisational and negotiation skills.
