Production Supervisor – with management responsibility (m/w/d) in the manufacturing environment

Control of daily production processes with focus on quality, safety and efficiency Analysis and optimisation of processes to increase productivity and reduce waste Implementation of continuous improvements by Lean methods such as 5S, PDCA or Kanban Leadership and further development of the production team including qualification and employee talks Ensuring the incorporation of new employees and close cooperation with adjacent departments (e.g. quality, logistics, maintenance)

Multiannual experience in a leading role in production Good knowledge of Lean Management, CVP and ideally in Six Sigma Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems Very good knowledge of German and English Entrepreneurial thinking, organisational strength and strong team and communication skills Hands-on-Mentality and Joy of Change and Development
