You develop new door and frame prototypes in the team taking into account market requirements, design and technical feasibility You develop existing products in terms of material, function and production efficiency You conduct tests and tests to ensure quality and standard compliance You work closely with production, quality assurance, sales and purchasing to implement new products and introduce new materials You create technical drawings on construction structures and product specifications of the raw materials, plan and accompany the prototypes/pattern production and start reports, protocols and documentation

You have a successfully completed artisanal or technical training, preferably in the wood sector You bring a good understanding of production processes and materials (wood, metal, plastic) with You are characterized by an independent, reliable and structured way of working and bringing creativity, innovation joy and analytical thinking with you You contribute the willingness to further education and training in the specific field of work and are interested in new, pioneering technologies You show travel readiness for external appointments at home and close abroad
