Your tasks Take over the project management at the Customer Service Center and run internal Customer Care & Sales projects

Act as an interface between the client, team members and the management

Ensure project success by keeping track of quality goals and maintaining predetermined success rates as well as cost and targets through effective controlling

Prepare budget planning for your project

Optimize and continuously develop the project through digitalization measures to ensure high customer satisfaction and customer retention

Guide executives professionally and disciplinaryly and promote their individual development

Improves staff needs and optimally control staff use

Analyze workflows and processes and implement targeted optimization measures

You are fluent knowledge of German in word and writing

multi-year professional experience in customer service and ideally first leadership experiences

Experience with call center processes and systems, among others telephone systems, CRM systems desirable

technical affinity, especially in handling MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Sales affinity and negotiation security to our customers

high level of assessment and enforcement
