Senior IT Transition und Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

You take over the end-to-end responsibility for complex IT transfer and transformation projects – from the supply phase to stable operation You ensure project success in terms of scope, time, budget and quality and create full transparency for all stakeholders through clear communication You build trusted and sustainable customer relationships and actively develop them – even beyond the project You support your customers as a Trusted Advisor (all genders) in strategic questions about IT transformation and operating models You recognize further development potentials at the customer and work closely with the sales of follow-up projects and upselling approaches You actively control risks, dependencies and escalations and keep an overview even in complex situations You define and optimise transition and transformation processes to ensure a smooth process You conduct and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and give your knowledge to (Junior) project leaders You actively develop methods, standards and templates

You have a successfully completed technical or business studies (e.g. business informatics, technical business, economics) or equivalent training You have several years of experience in managing IT transfer, transformation or outsourcing projects You can demonstrate experience in building and developing customer relationships in the project context You are able to understand customer requirements and translate them into sustainable solutions You will ensure a safe appearance and experience in dealing with challenging stakeholders up to C levels You bring sound understanding of IT infrastructures (e.g. cloud, network, workplace, data center) Ideally, you have experience in working with sales and sales You value a structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial way of thinking with focus on added value and result You convince by communication strength, enforcing ability and high self-responsibility Ideally you have certifications like PRINCE2, ITIL or comparable You bring travel readiness within Germany Very good German skills (level C1) and good English skills (level B2) complete your profile
