Team Leader Cycling / Law (m/f/d)

You run and organize the Rad/Recht team with currently seven employees and take over the further development of the team as well as the representation of the property management You develop innovative strategies for the promotion of cycling and sustainable mobility and take over both project coordination for cycling concepts and conceptual cooperation in the accelerated development of the cycling infrastructure You are responsible for the processing, control and coordination of transnational or basic projects, standards and procedures (e.g. the implementation of legal regulations, measures of the Action Plan ''Sustainable mobile'' or the Wheel offensive) You are responsible for the processing and decision of fundamental and significant legally difficult individual or special cases You take over the preparation of press releases and are involved in public relations You are the representation of the transport authority during local appointments, meetings, municipal bodies or associations and are willing to make occasional appointments outside the usual hours of service (e.g. evening or weekend)

A completed study (Bachelor) in the field of Public Management or a degree as a Diplom-Administrator or in the upscale police completion service or a completed study in a comparable area As an alternative, a degree as an administrative specialist (e.g. an employee training course II) or an administrative manager with an already completed ascent into the upper non-technical administration service Multiannual professional experience in order management, preferably in a road traffic authority with sound knowledge of road traffic law, general administrative law and road law Targeting, decision-making and employee motivation through creativity, inventiveness and innovativeness Joy in strategic, connected and creative thinking Cooperation and enforcement skills as well as high service and employee orientation Convinced appearance, pronounced communication skills and interest to actively perceive a leadership position
