They are responsible for the independent implementation of the monthly wage and salary accounting for employees of the Eschbach and Karlsruhe locations, using the LOGA accounting system. Supporting internal and external interfaces, in particular HR and financial departments Examination and maintenance of personnel master files and accounting data Creation of notifications to social security, financial offices and other authorities Support in the production of annual financial statements, e.g. the annual wage tax declaration and the social security certificates Active cooperation in projects to optimize processes and systems in the area of Payroll and HR Contact person for all billing-relevant questions of employees, executives and HR Identification and implementation of digital solutions for increasing efficiency and automation of billing processes Internal representation in the case of holidays and illness in the performance of monthly wage and salary accounting

They are a high-communication team player looking beyond the plate rim and proactive ideas about process optimization. Your own initiative and a solution-oriented and structured way of working, even in complex tasks, are a feature. Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification experience in pay billing, preferably in a manufacturing industrial company Very good knowledge of how to use the LOGA accounting system as well as in popular MS Office applications High level of IT affinity and readiness to learn new software solutions quickly Discretion and reliability in handling sensitive data Very good German and good English skills
