You address and advise employees as well as managers of a defined business area in all personal, labour and business law issues along the entire employee life cycle. Together with the executives, you will ensure the implementation of all HR processes – from personnel planning to recruiting and onboarding to personnel development, remuneration, performance management and separation processes. In addition, you implement individual personal measures, create work contracts, contract changes and other personal documents and conduct employee talks together with the specialist areas. You accompany managers closely in change and change processes, analyze relevant HR key figures and, if necessary, take appropriate measures together with those responsible. As a contact person for external personnel service providers, you coordinate the use of employees in employee transfer and work closely with the nearsite management. In addition, you can participate in local HR projects or transfer their independent implementation. Trustful cooperation with the Works Council is your area of responsibility as well as the representation of the HR leadership as well as the support for strategic HR topics and the creation of business agreements.

Successfully completed economic or social studies (at least 4-year) with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification Long-term professional experience, among others, in the operational HR environment and in the management of executives, ideally in the technical environment Professional knowledge in the right to work, collective bargaining and business Strong communication personality with pronounced social competence and service orientation High level of sense of responsibility and efficient and result-oriented functioning Safe handling of MS Office, SAP-HCM knowledge desirable A higher hourly rate of approx. 35 hours per week, which can then be reduced to 25 hours per week.
