Telephone and digital support of new and existing customers Accompanying new customers in the structured onboarding process Organisation and implementation of service and introduction dates Advice on our services in need of explanation Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships Creation and tracking of individual offers Active cooperation in sales and customer development measures Close cooperation in the team

Completed commercial training or relevant professional experience Embossed communication strength and joy at professional customer contact Ability to convey complex content in a comprehensible and structured manner Friendly, binding appearance and high service orientation Self-responsible, careful and reliable operation Team skills and responsibility Safe handling of Microsoft Office 365 and openness for new IT systems
