Your activities at a glance: As a (Junior) consultant in the development consultancy, you are an integral part of our cross-site team at Stuttgart and Munich, and you will participate in all project-specific topics in Real Estate Consulting. You are interested in supporting us now or by agreement? Then apply with us and take over the following tasks: Development of mobility concepts for cities, quarters and companies. Development of feasibility studies and potential analyses: Showing sustainable, innovative and economic concepts (including area/location/square developments) Implementation of market and location analyses as well as cost-effectiveness calculations for construction and planning projects in different asset classes (including housing, office, business, logistics, mixed uses) Participation in planning and use concepts in the context of quarters or location developments Accompanying urban competitions, concept awards and investor selection procedures Participation in projects of holistic urban and regional development (including urban usage concepts, smart city, spatial development strategies, location/commercial development) and support in the acquisition of new projects

Complete study of geography, spatial planning, transport, or urban planning, real estate management, architecture or a comparable qualification (First) Professional experience in urban development/regional development/real estate management/mobility consulting Good knowledge of building and planning law as well as a basic understanding of processes and basic principles of urban and district development Advantageous knowledge of ArcGIS/QGIS and/or VectorWorks/SketchUp Power of persuasion and enforcement Flexibility and readiness for occasional project-dependent travel Good knowledge of MS Office
