Head of Participation / Rehabilitation / Facility Management (m/f/d)

Our service departments are the heart of the German Pension Insurance Oldenburg-Bremen and are the core areas of our work. Participation / rehabilitation / agency management includes services for professional participation, medical rehabilitation and aftercare as well as the care and further development of our own and spring-guided clinics and facilities. The aim is to provide our customers with support needs through services with a self-determined lifestyle, social participation and professional perspectives. As a result, we improve the employability of people in Germany and ensure participation in working life. We are looking for you as a responsible manager, who continuously develops the participation/rehabilitation offer and the staff-oriented performance through regular reflection, adaptations and optimizations and thus contributes to a long-term and sustainable success of our participation/rehabilitation work with the focus “Return to Work”.

You will lead the unit with around 60 employees (including 3 team members) at our location in Bremen Welhausen. You control the unit as a responsible manager*in and ensure the implementation of strategic decisions. You take over the personnel, organizational and professional management of the area and ensure the quality of work and work Through the regular reflection, adaptation and optimization of processes and interfaces, you contribute to a continuous improvement of the organization. You are responsible for ensuring the quality of our three clinics and the spring-guided facilities. You are responsible for information management and represent our house in committee meetings and at professional meetings

A completed university degree (master or comparable degree) in Business Administration, Economics, Health Management / Public Health, Administration or Management, Public Management / Public Administration or comparable Long-term professional experience with multiannual management responsibility in the high or higher service or comparable areas of the private sector; ideally with relevant experience in the field of participation/rehabilitation or clinic management Impressed responsibility and decision-making skills, combined with the ability to inspire employees and shape change processes Analytical thinking and experience in dealing with reporting tools and/or quality management
