Data analysis & process optimization: You analyze operational and business processes using descriptive methods and existing data models. You develop optimization measures and accompany their implementation together with the specialist departments. You support users in data retrieval and designing new reports based on existing data models Data-based decision making: You prepare problems visually and use presentation techniques to display static and dynamic analyses. You will develop sound policy templates to support management Data Quality & Data Protection: You monitor data quality and implement data purification measures. You ensure that privacy policies are adhered to and security measures are implemented to protect sensitive data Cooperation & data integration: You work closely with Data Engineers, departments and other analysts to ensure efficient data access and targeted analysis. You manually integrier data from different sources and systems to create a holistic picture of the data landscape Monitoring & documentation: You monitor the availability and data quality of active dashboards and fix errors. You document data infrastructures, processes and workflows and ensure effective knowledge transfer in the company

Foundation training: You have a degree in economic informatics or comparable training. Experience: You have gained first experience in the fields of data management, ETL processes or business intelligence. Personal competencies: You think strategically and analytically and can quickly capture and classify complex relationships Team and communication strength: You present content convincingly and clearly and you like to work Working methods: You go on tasks independently, structured and reliable – you stay flexible and keep an overview even in dynamic situations Data competence & tool experience: You have first practical experience in dealing with business intelligence tools, have basic knowledge in relevant database languages (e.g. SQL) as well as first touch points with version control tools (e.g. Git). Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (at least C1).
