In this function, you support the pioneering design of high-availability and secure IT infrastructure solutions and services for the headquarters in Wasserburg am Inn and for subsidiaries of the MEGGLE Group worldwide. They ensure trouble-free operation of IT systems and applications and are responsible for the administration, configuration and support of the IT landscape as well as for system monitoring. You will also improve IT security by implementing policies.

Administration of the highly available virtualized server environment based on VMware vSphere, NetApp Storage and Cloud Services (O365, Azure) Administration of internal data centers (Server, NetApp Metro Cluster, SAN and Veeam Backup) Administration and Development of Citrix System Landscape and NetScaler Operation and Optimization of Microsoft Server Landscape as well as Microsoft Active Directory, EntraID, Exchange Hybrid and Exchange Online Email Security and Email Encryption (Cloud) Administration of special applications with external support Software distribution with MECM/Intune Monitoring of server landscapes and management of databases (MS SQL) Selection, support and control of external IT service partners Development and implementation of IT security concepts Collaboration in cross-area and cross-site projects Ensuring group-wide 2nd level and 3rd level support Standby services

Completed training or studies in IT Multiannual professional experience as IT administrator* within a manufacturing company (medium-sized structures, 24/7/365 operation) Comprehensive knowledge in the areas of data center structures (storage, backup), server and application virtualization (VMware vSphere, Citrix, NetScaler), Microsoft Exchange and Security Good knowledge of PowerShell Scripting Good knowledge of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure (AD, Exchange, Intune, O365) Know-how in the development and implementation of IT security concepts Experience in project management, ideally across locations Very good German and good English skills
