Financial accountant with additional administrative tasks (m/f/d)

About us Bünger & Frese GmbH is a subsidiary of the internationally active Maytronics Group. In a family, at the same time internationally shaped environment, you assume a responsible position with a clear focus on the accounting of German society. In close cooperation with an external tax consultancy office as well as the European Group functions, you will ensure the proper handling of ongoing accounting. In addition, you act as a central internal interface and support the management in the administrative daily business.

Independent implementation of ongoing financial accounting according to German HGB Booking of creditor, debitor and property accounts

Account determination and clarification of open items

Preparation and provision of accounting documents for external tax advisors

Close cooperation and coordination with external tax advisors and auditors

Support for sales tax issues (e.g. USt pre-registrations and votes)

Administrative and organisational support (correspondence, appointments, meetings, travel)

Interface function HR Europe and coordination between employees, management and Group HR

Complete training in financial or accounting with a focus on accounting or controlling (e.g. as a tax specialist, financial accountant or comparable qualification) Multiannual practical experience in German financial accounting Basic knowledge of turnover tax law Experience in cooperation with external tax advisors or auditors Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with diamond or comparable accounting system of advantage Flowing German knowledge and good English skills in word and writing for international cooperation Structured, careful and reliable operation High sense of responsibility and discretion in dealing with sensitive financial data Teamability, self-initiative and joy in a versatile activity in a small team
