Technical Manager (m/w/d)/ Facility Management

As a technical manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the organization and technical management of domestic engineering at our site. Together with your team, you will ensure the safe, smooth and economical operation of all technical facilities and facilities. In doing so, you place particular emphasis on quality, safety and sustainable processes.

Leadership, motivation and further development of your home technology team with up to 5 employees - including personnel deployment planning Ensuring traffic and operational safety of all technical installations and facilities Planning, control and monitoring of testing, maintenance and maintenance Organisation and coordination of external service providers, including quality and time control Ensuring an economic operation including budget management: collection of offers, price negotiations, procurement, performance and audit Participation in tenders and construction projects in close cooperation with cluster management, regional management construction and facility management Support of the clinic management in the annual investment planning and implementation of special projects Periodic technical standby service outside the regular service hours for incidents and emergencies

Completed technical training, e.g. in the field of HLS, electrical engineering, MSR or comparable – ideally with further training as master or technician (m/w/d) Detectable leadership experience and a pronounced sense of team-oriented employee leadership Embossed organisational skills, economic thinking and structured working High communication strength, sense of responsibility and solution-oriented action Solid IT knowledge and technical understanding of building and infrastructure systems Professional experience in facility management or hospital operation
