For the project and rollout management (sales) organization unit, we are looking for the next possible date for the Hanover, Münster, Frankfurt am Main site or for our sales location Munich .

In introductory management, we advise and support the savings banks in the use and use of new and innovative applications – especially around OSPlus_neo and OSPlus.

Management of IT rollout projects on customer-centric topics with the aim of quickly bringing savings banks into a broad use of the OSPlus solution offering (e.g. taking responsibility for the introduction and use-intensive application in the institute-oriented fields of demand with topics such as IT organization, internal control systems, risk management, regulatory, competence and rights system or money laundering) Coordination and control of holistic measures from acquisition and consulting, practical testing and introduction to communication for a bundle of topics Coordination of cross-departmental cooperation and thus ensuring the synchronization and coordination with the established contacts from the sales and the FI departments Development and control of new subjects Partner management through the integration and coordination of relevant partners from the Sparkassen Financial Group Preparation and implementation of steering committees at management level and outcome and target controlling for the overall project Definition and further development of introductory standards on the needs of savings banks and advice of department management in strategic tasks

Successfully completed economic studies or comparable training such as bank or savings banks and at least six years of professional experience Comprehensive experience in project management or consulting Analytical and conceptual approach to develop, promote and implement solutions in the sense of savings banks and financial information technology Knowledge of financial services processes and structures Safe appearance and presentation and communication skills Flexibility, initiative and reliability, combined with high readiness to change and travel, strong curiosity and an independent working Teamability and social competence in dealing with a wide range of interlocutors, enforcing strength and conflictability, always from a customer-centric perspective
