CNC Machinist specializing in Turning and Milling Technology (m/f/d)

Operating a CNC-controlled gantry portal milling machine for the processing of large-scale naval components, including independent clamping and alignment of the components with reference dimensions Finishing of running surfaces, dimensions and demanding surfaces according to the respective drawings and standards selection of suitable tools, assembly, execution of necessary presets and efficient use of tools; Programming simple CNC programs by hand and adaptation or Optimization of existing programs on a Siemens 840Dsl control Implementation of maintenance and maintenance work on the machine tools as part of daily maintenance Takeover of crane activities in the production environment

Successfully completed training as machining mechanic:in the field of milling technology, ideally with several years of professional experience in the field of CNC cutting experience in aligning and fixing large components as well as sound knowledge in the Siemens 840Dsl controller; Knowledge of Heidenhain controls and common computer systems are advantageous High responsiveness, pronounced improvability and pronounced organizational skills Conceptual thinking combined with high detail awareness Self-employed and flexible work, strong team and contact skills as well as readiness for shiftwork and international missions
