Your planning will be carried out on a weekly basis and will keep the efficient use of the existing resources (personnel, vehicles, material, logistics and tools) in cooperation with the fine planners:in the other plants in mind You take responsibility for the capacity adjustment and regulations with internal service providers:inside and for the weekly planning with the plant managers and possibly for weekly on-site meetings in the network district Responsibility for operational staff in maintenance, including ensuring their qualifications and further training (NAQ, RFU / FIT), you also take over You act as an interface between the district leaders:inside as well as the head of fine planning and disposition – you will regularly create order controlling and sound number reporting Your tasks include the planning of annual capacities, holidays and qualifications in accordance with applicable laws, collective agreements and operating arrangements, fine planning on a monthly/weekly basis, medium-term repair planning and weekly coordination with plant managers The creation of schedules, taking into account holiday planning and other periods of absence (cases, exchange of willingness, diseases, railway doctors), cooperation with the works council and compliance with laws, tariffs and operating arrangements are parts of your tasks

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed training in the field of electrical engineering or comparable vocational training and have over several years of professional experience Ideally, you have a training as an IHK master:in or tested:r Technicians:in Experiences in MS-Office with and contact points in SAP R / 3 High self-initiative and the ability to work independently as well as organized, complete your profile You work at least three days a week at Pasewalk
