Conceptual further development and quality assurance of the examination organization in the courses of human medicine and dental medicine, taking into account legal and organizational requirements Coordination and control of state audits and university audits in close coordination with the State Audit Office, the teachers and other internal and external stakeholders Processing of complex legal questions and opposition procedures, in particular in the area of dentistry, preparation of decision templates for examination committee and external communication Analysis, optimization and documentation of processes in auditing and development of measures to ensure efficient, transparent and legal audit procedures

Completed academic studies (master, diploma, state exams or comparable), preferably in legal, administrative, educational, social or health sciences or a comparable subject Experience in higher education, examination or science management and knowledge of the legal framework in higher education and examination Designed analytical and conceptual skills and experience in the design, optimization and implementation of complex administrative and organisational processes Secure appearance and strong communication and consulting skills in dealing with students, teachers, bodies and external institutions Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation, high organisational competence, affinity for digital management and process management systems Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
